Pulaski County is the first in Kentucky to implement the CCKS. This effort is locally rooted, supported by Help the Homeless Somerset (HTH), and community partners dedicated to building a stronger future.
By launching here at home, we set the foundation for a model that other counties can adopt, built on transparency, truth, and shared responsibility.
Pulaski County’s CCKS started with the dedication of Help the Homeless Somerset (HTH).
HTH provided and manages the initial County Knowledge Set...a core collection of resources, service listings, and local insights that laid the foundation for our county’s knowledge base.
By sharing their experience and wisdom, HTH helped ensure that the Pulaski County CCKS launched on solid ground. Their leadership shows what happens when local organizations invest in truth, collaboration, and uplifting our community's members in need.
The CCKS grows stronger with every new partner and every piece of knowledge contributed. Whether you are a resident, service provider, policymaker, or developer—you have a role to play.
Together, we build a connected, resilient Pulaski County.
Pulaski County’s Community Centered Knowledge System (CCKS) serves as a living hub for shared information, designed to strengthen collaboration among local service providers, housing partners, and community organizations. Powered by WLOV HelpBridge Systems and rooted in Pulaski County’s own commitment to innovation and care, the CCKS provides a centralized, trustworthy space where knowledge can be organized, accessed, and applied to real challenges.
